I need to modify a payment on my Stretch Your Payments Plan Virtual Card.

We get it - life happens. If for some reason you can't make your Stretch Your Payments Plan Virtual Card payment as originally planned, there are a few options.

Reschedule the payment

To get started, log into your Stretch Your Payments Plan Virtual Card Account by clicking here. After you are logged in, click on “Orders”, and ensure that the “All Orders” tab is selected. Next, click on “Manage Order” next to the order for which you would like to reschedule a payment. You will now be brought to an order details page, on which you can click on the “Reschedule” button next to your upcoming payment. Choose a new payment date, decide if you would like to reschedule all future payments for this order, and hit “Submit”.

Please note that this payment date rescheduled request will take effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Change the payment method

If something went wrong with your old payment method, like your credit card got stolen, you can also change your payment method. To ensure that the installment comes out of the new payment method, we recommend updating it at least 48 hours in advance of your next scheduled payment.


You can link debit/credit cards, bank accounts, and prepaid cards to your Stretch Your Payments Plan Virtual Card account.


Debit and credit cards, as well as a bank account, can all be used to place orders. Prepaid cards can't be used to place orders, but you can use them to pay off orders! 

  • Debit/credit card

    • To add a debit or a credit card to your Stretch Your Payments Plan Virtual Card account, log into your Stretch Your Payments Plan dashboard. Select "Settings" at the top, and then payment methods.

    • Under "Payment Cards," choose "Add a new debit/credit card." You'll then be walked step-by-step through adding your card. Once added, you can then set it as your default or update it for existing orders.

  • Bank Account

    • To add a bank account to your Sezzle account, log into your Stretch Your Payments Plan dashboard. Select "Settings" at the top, and then payment methods.

    • Under "Bank Accounts," choose "Add a new bank account." You'll then be walked through adding your bank account to your account. Once you've added it, we'll send two micro-deposits to your bank account, just to confirm it's the correct account. Once you've seen those deposits come through, you'll need to come back to that page and click "Enable Account" to enter in those amounts.

    • Once the account has been enabled, you can then set it as your default or update it for existing orders.

  • Prepaid card

    • To add a prepaid to your Sezzle account, log into your Stretch Your Payments Plan dashboard. Select "Settings" at the top, and then payment methods.

    • Under "Payment Cards," choose "Add a new debit/credit card." You'll then be walked step-by-step through adding your card.

    • You will not be able to schedule any installments or place any orders using the prepaid card. However, you can use the "Pay Now" option on existing installments and have the payments be charged to your prepaid card.
