Why was my Bass Pro order declined?

If your Bass Pro Shops order was declined, it means you’ve exceeded your Stretch Your Payments Plan Virtual Card credit limit. If you have an open balance on your Stretch Your Payments Plan account, you can make a payment now to increase your available credit. Alternatively, you can reduce your order amount to be within your available limit.

If your order is being declined, but it's within your limit, please double-check to make sure that you have a valid payment method linked to your Stretch Your Payments Plan Virtual Card. It could be that your payment method expired, or that there are not enough available funds on that payment method for the order. At least 1/6 of the order total must be available on the default payment method linked to your Stretch Your Payments Plan Virtual Card account for the order to be approved.

Please note - Stretch Your Payment Plan orders at Bass Pro Shops and Sezzle orders with other merchants are processed differently. Your previous Sezzle order history does not impact your spending power at Bass Pro Shops.

Additionally, your order will not be approved if it contains firearms. However, you can complete your order if it only contains firearm accessories, and not the firearm itself.
