Sezzle isn't an option at checkout, or shoppers aren't able to checkout with Sezzle.

Basic troubleshooting for when shoppers aren't successfully checkout with Sezzle.

If shoppers can't see Sezzle at checkout, or they aren't getting redirected to Sezzle when they try to checkout, this means we’re either not fully installed or not correctly installed. Usually, this can be fixed in just a few minutes!

Please click here to go right to your Setup Checklist – typically, the steps to get us installed and customer-ready are steps 1 or 2, depending on what platform you’re on. Please verify that all steps of the Setup Checklist have been completed.

To ensure that Sezzle is active, please perform a test checkout by adding items to your cart and proceeding through the checkout process. As long as you are redirected to the Sezzle page, there is nothing further that you need to do!

Please note, at this time we are not an express checkout like ApplePay or GooglePay, so customers may need to proceed through your checkout process to have us appear as an option.
