Why am I still being charged even though I sent back the items?

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are all subject to the merchant’s policies and must be initiated by the merchant. We can’t provide information regarding how to return your item(s), since every merchant’s policy is different.

Once a merchant has issued your refund, we do our best to return the funds to your original payment method within 1-3 business days, but it can take up to 10. If the merchant issues you store credit, no changes will be made to your payment installment plan and no funds will be returned to your original payment method.
